So I thought I’d post my grocery list for those of you who are wondering. Just a quick note about fat free/light/diet foods. When you’re choosing a food with one of those words on the label be wary. In most cases the food has increased sugar/sweetener or sodium values to compensate for the lack of fat, which we most certainly do not want to consume. The best things are whole foods or foods with very few ingredients that you can pronounce.
